Can we bring in an outside cooler?

We do not allow outside food or drinks in the park, however, we do have a concession stand! Visit "Swimba's Canteen" for the menu. An empty water bottle is permitted to be filled at the park.

Can we re-enter once we've entered the park?

No, we do not allow re-entries once you've entered the park. We advise you to bring everything into the park with you that you will need for your visit.

If I purchase tickets but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased online may be transferred to a new date (limit one transfer per ticket). Tickets purchased for the 2024 season must be redeemed by September 2, 2024. Tickets purchased for the 2023 season are not valid for the 2024 season.    

Will rain checks be available during inclement weather?

Yes, rain checks will be available if inclement weather requires the park to be closed within the first 60 minutes of the day. Rain Checks will not be offered if the park closes after 12:30pm. Redemption coupons will be emailed to the primary email provided when purchasing your original tickets online. Rainchecks are not available for tickets purchased from the ticket office on-site.

Do you allow portable speakers and personal music?

Lions Water Adventure offers clean family-friendly music throughout the waterpark. Speakers and playing music is prohibited for guests.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, LWA is a family-friendly waterpark and appropriate swimwear is required. Additionally, the following rules are in place:
- Swim diapers are required for all untrained toddlers and infants.
- Suits or liners should be worn in addition to swim diapers.
- Proper and appropriate attire is required at all times. Extremely bare styles of swimwear are prohibited. (g-strings, thongs, etc.).
- Proper swim attire must be worn on slides. (See slide-specific rules)
- No clothing with explicit language, nudity, or other inappropriate images or gestures are allowed.

Lions Water Adventure reserves the right to have you change clothing for anything deemed explicit or inappropriate by Lions Water Adventure. Failure to follow any posted or oral rules can result in removal from the property without a refund of reservation or ticket.

All member hours are communicated directly to members. Please reach out the the Community Center with questions.

Do you have to pay for parking?

No, you do not have to pay for parking as there is plenty onsite.
